Pastor Erick is a father to five awesome kids and married to his beautiful wife Kristin. He holds a Biology Degree as well as a Secondary Education Degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University.  Pastor Erick also holds a Masters in Theology and a Doctorate of Ministry from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

Pastor Erick utilizes humor and life illustrations to bring the Bible to life. He also openly shares his struggles in life, and his growth through Christ. Surfside is the perfect place for imperfect people with an imperfect pastor who loves a perfect God. God makes us perfect even with our imperfections and takes our sins and makes us righteous. 

 Denise leads our music ministry  and has a humble and gracious heart towards others. She uses her talents and gifts to bring others into God's presence. Denise loves her family and Jesus and it shows in everything that she does. She is a working mom who is also going to school while leading our worship team. 

Joe and Danielle are the parents of 6 awesome kids and lead up our youth and children's programs. They bring lots of life experience to the programs and are excited to lead! Danielle is in charge of nursery and Kids Cove while Joe leads Barefoot Youth Group.

Danielle also has the privilege of knowing Pastor Erick since his teaching days!

Rodney is in charge of our faith stories and weekly message focus on Sunday. Rodney is retired military and a Submarine guy. Rodney also drives what the pastor calls "the coolest car in the church". Rodney has a deep love for Jesus and shares his faith without fear. 

  Pastor Steve is our associate pastor and leads our ACTION TEAM which connects our church to our community and with each other through service. We work with Keep Brevard Beautiful, Canaveral Port Ministry, One Blood, The Cocoa Boys and Girls Club and many other groups in our community. Steve also has a humble, encouraging passion to see many come to know Christ.  

Mike Williams is a retired public school English teacher from  NY state. Mike was away from church for over 30 years before coming back home to Christ.  Mike Williams has known pastor Erick for over 15 years and Pastor Erick baptized Mike and his entire family. Mike handles all the finances of the church and also helps organize our senior adult ministry. Mike is in the office several days a week and handles many office functions.  

 Diann is Surfside's office manager and Pastor Erick's personal assistant. She handles so many different functions we just call her "organizer of all things". She has incredible organizational skills, a servant heart, and helps Pastor Erick with all areas of ministries.
